From providing a soft place to land during a relocation to being the toast of your wedding day, we are here to help you stay and gather with legacy. Beyond our mid-term stays, we are thrilled to introduce Oak & Blue Gatherings—an upscale mobile bar dry-hire service designed to bring that same Kentucky-inspired charm to your weddings, corporate events, and private parties. From our family’s signature Jeep to the signature cocktails we’ll serve, everything we do is about helping you stay—and gather—with legacy.

30+ years ago, Kelly moved to Lexington for college, chasing her dreams and the man who is now her husband of 27 years.

“I thought I was just here for a visit, but I quickly realized that the Bluegrass was exactly where I was meant to be.”

We got married here, raised our two children here, and built a life rooted in this incredible community. Now, through Oak and Blue, we want to help others find that same love for Lexington that we found all those years ago.

Whether you are a traveling professional navigating a new assignment or a family looking for a "home away from home" during a life transition, our Mid-Term Stays are designed to give you a soft place to land.
